Shipping & Returns
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. LYRICHAWAII under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. LYRICHAWAII is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
